The era is much collectable and sort after with its bold gothic attributes and chunky features—the pieces are statement works of jewellery art in their own right and nothing is comparable in our times to these wonders.
This Georgian period three stone buttercup garland design ring is set with two clean, bright white old mine hand cut diamonds weighing approximately .15pts each and flanking a centre pigeon blood coloured ruby with exceptional brightness and fire.
The total weight of the total combined stones is approximately .45pts.
Mounted in solid 14K yellow gold with a double row “reeded” band and traditional silver topped semi-open backed collet.
The design is defined and appealing for such an old piece and the workmanship is pronounced with obvious attention to detail.
Please note one of the diamonds is chipped but this can only be seen under x30 magnification and is not noticeable enough to bother replacing.
Stamped 585.
Weight approximately 4g.
Size K 1/2 (AU/UK) 5.5 (US) and not recommend for resizing due to the reeded shank.
Layaway—offering flexible plans to suit all.
